Regular freelancers through Rockall enjoy the following

Continuity of work - we always aim to give a seamless transition from one job to the next, so that no precious working days are spent at home watching Richard and Judy. This means that they get priority on all jobs we have in, and if for some reason we haven't got a suitable assignment, then we will target the specific location and industry sector in which they are looking, and keep ringing until we find them a job!

Best pay rates - once we know your capabilities, we are in a much stronger position to negotiate better rates with our clients. This, in addition to the fact that we don't operate on ridiculously high margins, means that we can afford to pay you more than other agencies.

Best Assignments - we will aim to get you work as close to home as possible, and on the projects/positions which you have expressed a particular preference to working on.

Regular Payment - we guarantee prompt payment upon receipt of a timesheet. All payments are made from the same office where your consultant works, so you won't get any excuses about it being head offices fault, or it getting lost in the post.
